Ryan M. Parada
Ryan M. Parada is Senior Partner and Chief Financial Officer at Connector Inc., where he advises Fortune 100 companies, trade associations, foreign governments, and international stakeholders on regulatory strategy, legislative affairs, policy development, and geopolitical matters across highly regulated sectors including healthcare, insurance, energy, tobacco, and trade.
His work includes policy agenda development, legislative drafting, regulatory comments, agency rulemaking strategy, administrative law matters, and federal compliance issues involving OMB/OIRA, FDA/CTP, USTR, NRC, DOE, and international regulatory frameworks. He has served as a FARA-registered representative for international organizations, individuals, and sovereign nations, with a particular focus on the Middle East and Central America. Prior to joining Connector, Ryan held a senior international policy role at the Premium Cigar Association, advising on regulatory affairs, policy strategy, and diplomatic engagement.
Ryan holds a Master of Arts in Government from Johns Hopkins University, where his thesis on lone-wolf terrorism received Honors Distinction, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, from Rutgers University Honors College, with a certificate in National Security.
